Water-cooled cylinder, with large cooling area and good cooling effect; wide valve chamber and airway, small gas resistance, weak air flow pulsation; chrome-plated cylinder inner hole, good rust and corrosion resistance, good wear resistance;
Piston, piston ring, sealing ring
The piston is made of high-strength cast aluminum alloy with sufficient strength and rigidity. The piston ring and sealing ring are imported from TEFLON (filled with polytetrafluoroethylene) material; excellent in heat resistance, wear resistance, self-lubrication and chemical resistance; long life design and high reliability.
Cylinder head
The larger heat exchange area creates a very good cooling effect, better eliminates the heat generated by the suction and exhaust valves during operation, and effectively extends the service life of the entire unit.
Intake/Exhaust Valve
The valve seat and the receiving seat are made of stainless steel through precision dewaxing casting. The valve plate is made of Swedish ASSAB heat-resistant and wear-resistant special valve plate steel, which has a large flow area, small resistance loss, long life and high reliability.
Crankshaft/Bearing
Ductile iron crankshaft, high fatigue strength, good vibration absorption. The crank tip is high frequency quenched, good wear resistance; the balance is accurately simulated and calculated by 3D simulation software, small vibration. High strength heavy load bearings are used, fully adaptable to heavy loads, and can withstand long-term operation.
Connecting rod/ Crosshead
The connecting rod is made of high-quality ductile iron, which has high strength and good stability; the large-head open structure, I-shaped rod section, high compression stability; light weight, small inertia force. The crosshead is always kept vertical, ensuring oil-free air, and its reliability also guarantees the long life of the unit.
