Horizontal split head

The head gearbox adopts a horizontal split structure, which is convenient and quick to install and maintain.

Double carbon ring shaft seal

The compact shaft seal design allows for shorter rotor lengths, creating conditions for ultra-short shaft applications. This greatly reduces torque and vibrations.

Tilting pad bearings

The rotor is supported by horizontally split tilting pad bearings, which ensures the stability of the compressor under different load and temperature conditions.

Inspiratory airway

The independent air intake box and air intake duct design minimize the intake pressure loss; the external air intake lowers the intake temperature and improves the compression efficiency; the silencer channel before the intake air filter minimizes the intake aerodynamic noise.

Efficient cooling flow field

The soundproof cover has independent air intake for heat dissipation, ensuring that the internal components always work in a better environment; the unique air intake flow channel design ensures lower noise for the entire machine.

Low pressure drop cooler

Under the premise of ensuring heat exchange efficiency, the pressure drop is as small as 2kPa, suppressing the energy consumption caused by cooler compression.

Suction/discharge butterfly valve

According to the changes in the customer's gas pressure and gas volume, the opening of the suction/discharge valve plate is automatically adjusted to prevent energy waste caused by excessive discharge.

Oil tank is equipped with oil mist separator as standard

The oil mist in the oil tank is separated by the oil mist separator, the oil droplets return to the oil tank, and the air is discharged from the oil tank to ensure that the pressure in the oil tank is within a reasonable range.

Oil mist will not be discharged into the atmosphere and pollute the environment.

Energy-saving control mode

Three different control modes are standardly configured. You can select the optimal control mode according to the customer's actual gas usage conditions to achieve greater energy saving effects.

Electronic Control

Strong and weak electricity are completely separated, and separation partitions are added to prevent mutual interference. Strong current components are equipped with organic glass protective covers.
