1. The reasons for high internal pressure of Fusheng air compressor and the maintenance methods are as follows:
① Sensor failure. Therefore, the sensor can be replaced to eliminate the fault;
② The filter element of the oil and gas separator is clogged, causing the gas to not be discharged in time and the air pressure in the tank to rise. For this reason, the filter element of the oil and gas separator can be replaced to eliminate the fault;
③ The low-pressure check valve cannot be opened. Therefore, the one-way valve spring can be replaced to eliminate the fault.
2. The reasons for low internal pressure and maintenance methods are as follows:
① The air intake filter is clogged, so the filter can be replaced or cleaned;
② The one-way valve at the air inlet is stuck. Therefore, the check valve spring or valve body can be replaced;
③ The intake valve cannot be opened. To do this, replace the solenoid valve or check the circuit of the load solenoid valve;
④ The discharge pipeline is leaking, and the discharge solenoid valve can be tightened or replaced for decoration according to this reason;
⑤ The oil and gas separator filter element is damaged. Therefore, the filter element of the oil and gas separator can be replaced.
3. The second one is the oil level. As far as the oil level is concerned, there is usually a phenomenon of a decrease in oil volume due to a drop in oil level. The main reasons for this phenomenon are as follows:
1. The oil and gas separator filter element is broken;
2. The upper oil return pipe or throttle valve is blocked;
3. The cylinder head oil seal or oil guide pipe is damaged;
4. The machine used for oil cooling is damaged;
5. The machine head check valve is faulty;
6. The oil temperature is too high;
7. The copper pipe used for oil return does not meet the specifications or is not close to the tank wall.
4. The maintenance methods of Fusheng air compressor include:
1. Reduce the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the system and reduce the oil content in the air. In addition, the filter element of the oil and gas separator should be replaced;
2. Clean or replace the oil return pipe;
3. Clean the oil stains on the shaft end;
5. Separate the oil and cooling water;
5. Replace the sealing valve;
6. Oil content in compressed air;
7. Cut the steel pipe into a bevel. The official Chinese website of Fusheng air compressor is about oil temperature. The oil temperature is usually too high. The reasons and maintenance methods are as follows:
① The cooling water temperature is too high. Therefore, the inlet water temperature can be adjusted. Additionally, the filter can be cleaned to increase water intake;

③ The oil level is too low. Therefore, the oil level can be replenished to ensure that the oil level is above the low oil level line;
④ The engine oil is of poor quality. Therefore, the engine oil can be changed regularly to ensure the purity and cleanliness of the engine oil.
